In 1992, she was a supporting role in the movie Basic Instinct, her career took off. The Firm is where she began her career as the female lead in the film alongside Tom Cruise & Gene Hackman. The 1990s saw her professional career included working alongside top Hollywood stars such as Gwyneth on Sliding doors Hugh Grant Mickey Blue Eyes and Julie Andrews Relative Values. Recenty, she played Dr Alex Blake (a police procedural-crime drama) in Criminal Minds.
