Kelly Michelle Stables, born in St. Louis Missouri was an actor at The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her with a degree cum laude in Theatre and Communication. Her career began as a performer in Los Angeles as a theater artist, performing and choreographing around 20 plays and musicals. These included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. In addition she played 7 titles at Los Angeles' Storybook Theatre. Kelly was able to secure roles in television and films when she was studying improvisations at The Groundlings. Kelly's unique voice and small size have enabled her to play a variety of character types. She's best known as Naomi Watts's scheming Samara from The Ring 2, but her most well-known role is as the charming receptionist from Two and a Half Men. Kelly played the role of the paralegal as well as a party animal in TV The Land's The Exes as a series regular between 2011 and 2015. Alyssa Mio's smart sexpert her little sister, was Kelly's frequent character on ABC Romantically Challenged. No Tomorrow on the CW was her show as a stressed-out suburban mum. She's lent her soprano singing voice to several cartoons including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. In the last few years, she has been seen as the dim but adorable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's popular comedy Superstore. In private, she is a quiet person. She enjoys having time with her loved ones, including two young children.
